Return Policy

Leaf Enlightened has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, to be eligible for the return. You will also need the receipt or order number.

Please contact us at hello@leafenlightened.com to start your return. Upon your request being accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on sending your package. If items are sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange, they will not be accepted.  

Exchanges
Please send us an email at hello@leafenlightened.com. Please include your order number and which alternate size or product you would like to receive in return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will then communicate with you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the funds will be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
